General Info

When to visit

Summer: September to March is the rainy summer season. The bush is green and it is the lambing time, so you will see baby impala, wildebeest and zebra. Summer is great for bird lovers as the migratory birds have returned and the birdlife is plentiful. Be prepared for the possibility of some rather hot and humid days.

Winter: April to August is the dry winter season with mild daytime temperatures and cold nights. The bush is less leafy, so game viewing is at its best.

Enjoy two game drives daily in an open safari vehicle with a qualified guide. The morning drive includes a coffee stop while the evening drive pauses for sundowners under awe-inspiring sunset skies and glorious views of the mountains.
